Solutions for every industrial production

Welcome to a world of the automation industry. We offer services for all aspects of your industrial production, with absolute precision & more than 20 years of know-how.

We can integrate all technologies into your industrial production.

After analyzing the process at the customer’s site, we intergrate the technology into a production unit, which we completely design and manufacture within the 4 Value Group.

In addition to the main thermoforming technology, which is typical for the processing of textile parts in the automotive industry, we integrate many other technologies and do not focus only on textiles.

We offer services in the field of automation and robotics, which include, among other technologies, also the transport of material or components for the main activity of the device – such as using linear movements or multi-axis robotics.

Handling systems and lines

Thermoforming
A manufacturing process in which the input material is heated to forming temperature. And then it is formed into a specific shape in a mould to the final shape or is subsequently trimmed in waterjet boxes or single-purpose punching tool to the final product.

Forming and pressing
Cold or hot pressing as part of thermoforming lines.

Cold pressing is very often used for the progressive pressing of sheet metal.

Material design:

    • Aluminum block
    • Aluminum alloy without/with integrated tubular heating/cooling labyrinth
    • Steel blocks with internal drilling for steam and oil labyrinth

Pinching and milling

Pinching is one of the most widespread processes for cutting the final part contour for heated tools. Very often these are steel blocks with the option of direct or indirect heating, including steam integration.

Cutting and punching

Punching is often part of other processes for processing parts (e.g. trimming).

It mainly follows the molding process, when the final shape of the molded part is worked out by chopping. The cutting principle is based on the so-called crossing or cutting into the rubber. This cutting principle does not require a large cutting force, but at the same time it is more demanding to operate and keep the tool in good condition.

Gluing and applying glue

The bonding of materials by means of adhesive gluing is very often used in industrial production. Gluing stations are part of assembly lines or as single-purpose machines.

Robotic gluing stations allow glue to be applied to hard-to-reach areas with the same quality and strength.

Laminating and pressing

Pressure lamination, together with thermoforming and trimming, are processes that are often used for the production of automotive interior parts.

The resulting parts are finished with high-quality surfaces made of genuine or synthetic leather, fabrics or foils.

Waterjet Cutting

We are a leading manufacturer of waterjet boxes. Thanks to our long-term specialization in this area, we also have an excellent service network.

Finishing equipment and EOL testers

The increasingly stringent requirements for part quality are leading our customers to more strict inspections and testing of manufactured parts, which is why we also supply various testers with our equipment.

Most of the time, these are special-purpose devices, according to customer specifications with added value.
